To address the issues of difficulty in hiring, high wages, and low efficiency in aluminum profile oxidation lines, we are accelerating the process of fully automatic horizontal oxidation lines for aluminum profiles. The solar-powered automatic loading and unloading equipment ensures that aluminum profiles are directly transported from the sandblasting machine to the oxidation line, then automatically discharged after oxidation, and finally loaded into frames or sent to the packaging workshop. This entire process significantly increases production efficiency and reduces the number of workers required.
